We perform financial and operational due diligence that takes a clean look at the quantitative and qualitative factors affecting the business. We use the data we gathered to create an honest account, which bridges the communication gap between both parties.

For the select clients, Blue Spruce Transition Consulting may be willing to provide services for a combination of cash retainer and equity awards, as long as the client is able to offer equity with proper documentation and in compliance with the law and regulatory requirements.
